We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in multiple states and will be responsible for providing legal services to our organization, including advising on marketing ads and licensing for advertising on Google and social platforms. In addition, the candidate will be expected to advise on a wide range of legal matters relevant to our organization's requirements.
Our client, a reputable organization, is in search of a licensed General Attorney to provide exceptional legal services. This role offers a unique opportunity for those with a broad understanding of the law and a passion for serving a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on marketing ads and licensing for advertising on Google and social platforms
- Advise on a wide range of legal matters relevant to the organization's requirements
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for the client
- Represent the client in court and in negotiations with other parties
- Conduct and direct legal research to aid decision-making.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Must be a licensed attorney, in good standing with the State Bar of California or licensed in multiple states.
- Proficient in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- At least 5 years of experience in general legal practice
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
