We are looking for friendly, organized, and proactive individuals to join our team as Front Desk Ambassadors . Much more than a front desk role, the will spend a lot of their time out of their chair and away from the desk, supporting the front desk in a number of ways, including unit inspections, property walks, and ensuring the common entry space to the property looks clean and inviting. Key Responsibilities :

• Greet owners and guests warmly, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures and handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Review daily reports, manage reservations, issue residence keys, and ensure clear communication with all departments for smooth operations.
• Provide local recommendations, coordinate special requests, and develop a deep knowledge of Frontgate and its amenities.
• Conduct residence inspections before arrivals and after departures, report maintenance needs, and maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing paperwork, and adhering to company policies on privacy, security, and safety.

Start Date : ASAP
Employment Type : Part-Time, Year Round
Pay Rate : $21-$23/hour, depending on experience
Schedule : 2-3 8-hour shifts per week; activity breaks when possible; have another job? We can be flexible!
Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and property management software.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is a plus.
