Submittals (time per submittal - typically 15 to 30 minutes)

1. strong ability to modify and edit with Microsoft Word
2. image editing and placement within MS Word (scaling, cropping, positioning) -
3. quick modifications and updates to templates and base-files (MS Word and Excel)

Material Tracking (time per tracker - 3 to 4 hours per project)
1. strong ability to use and modify spreadsheets in MS Excel and Google Sheets
2. diligent work ethic in tracking down pricing information from multiple vendors
Candidate must be competent in Microsoft suite, google sheets and docs, adobe (creating / editing pdf's), assisting with front-end project coordination, and strong digital filing abilities.
This position also includes rounding up materials from vendors for sample submittals using a personal vehicle (mileage is reimbursed). They will work closely with vendors and suppliers to secure pricing, lead times, and cost. Individuals must have a strong ability to use the internet, be diligent and thorough (attention to detail is crucial.)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
