****Your day to day****

Join us as **General Manager at Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut** to open this 127 room resort with all day dining Restaurant and Bar and Pool Bar

Youll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key commercial skills. Because, for this vital role were looking for someone whos an inspiring leader that places the brand at the heart of all decisions while delivering superior return on investment for the owner.

As the General Manager, you will work with the owner as a partner and manage day-to-day operations of this upscale full-service hotel by leading, empowering and building on the strengths of the management team to ensure all functions are operating effectively so guests are offered a premium product and a reliable, consistent experience. You will establish clear performance goals for employees, provide regular feedback and facilitate the development of high-potential individuals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will place the brand at the centre of all communications, marketing initiatives and actions. You will use the Holiday Inn brand promise and guiding principles, market knowledge and social media, and work with the Sales and Marketing team to provide a clear strategy while challenging them to think of ways to beat the competition. You will also balance short-term actions and decision with the longer-term impact on the business to drive revenue, future profitability and deliver maximum return on investment for your owners equity.

****What we need from you****

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a General Manager or number 2, with relevant IHG or Holiday Inn brand experience, combined with a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.

In-country Thailand Resort experence as a GM and advanced Thai Language skills
