REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Certification is highly advantageous
- Experience building out an OCM framework for an enterprise
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP environments is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically
- Comfortable advising and executing change initiatives in a hands-on capacity
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of changes within the organization
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communication regarding change
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
- Consult and coach project teams and managers on change management best practices
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure the adoption of transformational change
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness and track the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing actionable feedback and reports
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts across End-to-End teams to ensure the seamless implementation of change
- Support any ad-hoc, special projects, or change initiatives for the Enterprise Foundation Platform
- Perform other tasks as required
