MAU Workforce Solutions is Hiring a Strategic Communications & Learning Partner Near Atlanta, GA

Expand your professional career as an Organizational Change Manager. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption of changes within the organization, particularly in the context of recent transitions to new support models and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management, particularly in Oracle ERP environments, and possess the tactical skills necessary to execute change initiatives effectively.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Certification is highly advantageous
  • Experience building out an OCM framework for an enterprise
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP environments is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically
  • Comfortable advising and executing change initiatives in a hands-on capacity
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of changes within the organization
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communication regarding change
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
  • Consult and coach project teams and managers on change management best practices
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure the adoption of transformational change
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness and track the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing actionable feedback and reports
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts across End-to-End teams to ensure the seamless implementation of change
  • Support any ad-hoc, special projects, or change initiatives for the Enterprise Foundation Platform
  • Perform other tasks as required
