We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Project Administrator for Ground-Up Construction. As a key member of our team, your role will be pivotal in overseeing and managing all administrative aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in high-profile construction projects, providing an exciting and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project administrative needs, including but not limited to owner contract administration, subcontract administration, contract compliance, submittals, RFI, and closeout.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Coordinate and track the progress of design-build projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee and manage the construction of self-storage facilities, ensuring all work is completed according to plan and meets all required standards.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or obstacles that may impact project completion.
• Coordinate and assist with project closeout procedures, including the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project administration, specifically in ground-up construction.
• Demonstrated experience in owner contract and subcontract administration, contract compliance, submittals, RFI, and closeout.
• Previous experience in self-storage construction and design-build projects is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• A proactive problem-solver, capable of identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact project completion.
• A strong team player, capable of working collaboratively with others to achieve project goals.
• A relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
