As the Director of Resident Care Services you will lead the Belmont Village Buckhead licensed nurses and caregivers. Candidates must have a valid GA LPN license, a strong commitment to customer service and prior healthcare management experience in a fast paced Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing community.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for overall compliance of clinical services & programs including accuracy of medication administration.
• Works collaboratively and facilitates communication with physician offices, ancillary services, responsible parties and internal care teams to deliver quality resident care.
• Works collaboratively to complete timely resident assessments and to develop & initiate the Care & Service Plan
• Supports and assists in day-to-day care and clinical needs as needed
• Conducts interviewing & hiring, evaluates employee performance, provides coaching and employee training, and delegates assignments for all direct reports.

• Current LVN/LPN or RN license required
• Minimum two years nursing managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL) , Memory Care (ALZ) or Senior Living community.
• Successful demonstration of exceptional organizational, communication, & customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules in 24 hour operation including weekends as needed
