Clinical Trial Supply Project Manager

We are looking for a Clinical Trial Supply Project Manager to join one of our clients who over the years, have expanded their services to include Global Clinical Trial Supply Services, Global Supply Chain Management Services, and Wholesale Distribution.

Core Capabilities:

• Global Clinical Trial Sourcing: Comparator Drugs, Reference Listed Drugs, Ancillary Supplies & Equipment
• Global Clinical Packaging: Secondary Packaging, Labeling, Storage and Distribution, Returns, Reconciliation, and Destruction
• Global Supply Chain Management: Clinical/Commercial products, Import/Export, 3PL Warehousing & Distribution
• Wholesale Distribution: Branded and Generic Pharmaceuticals, Biologics, Controlled Drugs

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process for all global clinical trial projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of supplies, compliance with regulatory requirements, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of clinical trial supply projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate supply chain operations
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure compliance with CGMP, GCP, ICH regulations, and industry best practices
• Manage risk and issue resolution processes
• Design of cartons and labels
• Oversee the procurement, packaging, labeling, distribution, and return of clinical trial supplies
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial supply management or a related role
• Experience managing all aspects of the project including carton and label design
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Due to the size of the team the business is keen to keep a supportive environment internally which means everyone is based on site in Aston, PA 5 x a week - Monday - Friday.
