We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Technician for our Aston, PA location. This position is responsible for assisting the quality department with inspections, certificate creation, evaluating, solutions and improvements to products and processes.
· Adhere to and assist in implementing the safety policies of I&I Sling, Inc.
· Perform final inspections of outgoing products
· Manage and create certificates of conformance, test records and inspection records.
· Assist with training and documentation of training.
· Ensure quality processes are performed and documented.
· Assist in reporting and documentation of defective materials (non-conformances).
Education, Skills and Experience:
· Two year technical degree in a science or related field or five years of laboratory, technical setting, or experience in place of Computer literacy and willingness to be trained on more advanced programs.
· Experienced in Excel and Word.
· Able to read and interpret drawings and purchase orders.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational, planning, analytical and communications skills.
· Ability to lift 70lbs.
· Ability to bend, stand, kneel, squat, twist, pull and work overhead.
