Project Executive (Contract Manager)

Location: DEA, 9W, 700 Army Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202
Hours: Up to 1,920 hours per year

Qualifications:

• 20 years of experience delivering large scale and complex office space projects
• Exceptional coordination and communication skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to oversee multi-disciplinary teams across multiple contracts
• Familiarity with Gantt and PERT charts
• Ability to handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in assessing and fulfilling client project resource requirements

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the DEA COR and Contracting Officer
• Coordinate with project teams to be knowledgeable about project status
• Support project teams with resources, time, and strategic planning
• Review and develop cost estimates for project budgets
• Oversee A/E documents and provide supplemental project team support
• Provide solutions to workspace requirements, challenges, or changes
• Follow up on customer contract issues to ensure satisfaction

Attend regularly scheduled project meetings as feasible

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
