We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help us manage the day-to-day operations of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, managing customer service inquiries, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed correctly.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
• Develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
• Identify areas of improvement in operational processes and procedures.
