About the Position

Join Wisconsin's largest family-owned dental organization as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at our client's office in Appleton, WI. Over the past 50 years, our client has expanded from a single-chair clinic to a network of 15 clinics offering comprehensive general and specialty dentistry across Wisconsin. This position offers a unique opportunity to run your practice within a practice, allowing you to focus on providing excellent oral health care and building high-quality patient relationships, without the burdens of managing the business side of a practice.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the team, ensuring positive patient experiences.
  • Communicate with team members to promote an understanding of the patients’ needs.
  • Treat conditions, defects, injuries, and esthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face.
  • Examine patients using x-rays, dental instruments, and other diagnostic procedures.
  • Perform removal of diseased and impacted teeth.
  • Place implants to replace missing teeth.
  • Administer anesthesia services.
  • Provide preventive dental services and education in oral and dental hygiene.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
  • Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner.
  • Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care.
  • Strongly values continuing education and personal development.
