At Leadens Building Maintenance, we are a family owned and operated commercial cleaning and maintenance company of 30 years. We take great pride in our work, paying extra attention to the details in our services. We take care of our employees the same as we take care of our customers.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Monday-Friday 5-6 hour shift, starting at 5:00pm ending between 10:00pm-11:00pm.
Detailed cleaning of restrooms, lunchrooms, offices, vacuuming & mopping floors.
$18.00 starting with pay increases based on performance and attendance
Up to 48 hours of paid sick leave yearly
Must be looking for a long term career with our company, no short term hires
Must be willing to learn our process and procedures and follow instructions on a daily basis
This is a lead cleaning position in a safe commercial facility.
Clean criminal background is a must have
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
