Sanitation Supervisor:This position is responsible for providing leadership, technical expertise, and applied expertise to the sanitation team to deliver effective and efficient cleaning and sanitizing of the manufacturing facility and equipment.
Job Description
- Provides leadership and supervises all activities necessary for the cleaning and sanitizing of infrastructure and equipment (production & packaging equipment, tools, carts/forklifts/mobile units, etc) within and around the facility.
- Responsible for teams to execute cleaning and sanitizing to an effective level as defined by verification methods
- Coordinate and facilitate training for all employees in the areas of personal safety, HACCP, GMPs, food regulations, and sanitation programs.
- Actively support continuous improvement activities and projects to deliver improved cleaning & sanitation execution, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Responsible to conduct yourself and ensuring your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
