Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper and Maintenance Dynamic person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining outdoor spaces and cleaning....YOU ARE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON ON OUR TEAM.... We value the visual and experiental appeal of our racquet sports club and need a person who values their acumen for the role of groundskeeper and maintenance. It is an integral part of how we connect with our members and new potential clients. Ensuring our club is visually appealing and well-kept is our key focus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties - need to love to see a place clean, organized and super efficiently maintained. In our the Team you will see the CFO / CEO cleaning as well..it is our main focus and leading driver of business services.
- Trim shrubs, plant flowers, and maintain landscape beds
- Irrigate plants, grass, and trees as needed
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning shears, and hedge or brush trimmers
- Operate power tools including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Assist with landscape improvement projects
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas
Skills:
- Experience in groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance
- Ability to irrigate plants effectively
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for landscaping tasks
- Knowledge of garden maintenance practices
- Strong attention to detail to ensure outdoor areas are well-maintained
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal
Pay: $17.60 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
