When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.13 weeks assignment, 2 years experience current required in large OR. Anesthesia Tech experience required. Experience required in Recovery Room, ICU, Emergency Room, Operation Room, Pharmacy or Bio-Med setting. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.CERTIFICATIONS: BLS and ACLS required. BLS, (ACLS, and BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred. ASATT (American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians) certification required.Responsibilities -Provides supplies and equipment to each anesthetizing location in proper working order.SHIFT: Varied Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.ORIENTATION: Is the first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training (Epic test out available if has used Epic in last six months) SCRUBS: Required, not provided Additional Information:1.
