Lia Auto Group is seeking an Account Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager to join our accounting team in Albany. The AP/AR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of tasks.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $55K-$67K

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of automotive accounting
• Willingness to take initiative
• Ability to work in a high volume, multi-store environment
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions
• Review and approve invoices for payment
• Maintain vendor relationships, including resolving inquiries and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment application
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries
• Posting invoices, vouchers and payment requests
• Balancing statements and finalizing data
• Matching checks to invoices
• Entering, posting and reconciling batches
• Preparing accounts for payments
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Controller
