Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Engage in direct voter contact by knocking on doors, making phone calls, and registering voters
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and volunteer leaders to conduct direct voter contact and execute a large-scale Get-Out-The-Vote effort, including coordinating large volunteer events
• Plan for and use a number of tactics to hit daily and weekly metric goals for voter contact and volunteer engagement
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Organizing Director, Deputy Organizing Director, or Regional Organizing Director. Travel will be required within the assigned region to meet with volunteers and voters and/or transfer supplies, and FOs will receive a monthly travel stipend to help cover these costs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience volunteering or organizing in a particular community of Ohio is encouraged but not required; folks from service work backgrounds are also strongly encouraged to apply!
• Ready to adapt and be flexible during the campaign to meet team goals and objectives
• Willing and able to work in person in the field office and in the community you are assigned
• Must have access to a cell phone, laptop, and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in-person in the assigned region in Ohio
• Commitment to electing Democrats up and down the ticket in Ohio
