Basic Responsibilities
•Work collaboratively to run back of house at Moody and Immersed chapels
•Work with Campus Ministers to schedule and plan Moody
•Provide support and implementation for all chapel programs
•Report progress and challenges to Campus Ministers
•Manage software licenses
Essential Duties
•Create a plan to elevate Moody and Boone as worship spaces
o Constantly reevaluate technological needs
o Keep track of chapel attendance and upload credit into Compass
o Create an end-of-year report to present to the Vice-President of Student Life
o Work with A/V team to improve efficiency of chapel production
•Communicate with chapel speakers and create chapel presentations
o Maintain an open line of communication with upcoming chapel speakers
o Coordinate presentation needs and create playlists and presentations in ProPresenter
o Oversee the production of any chapel related media
•Manage production needs for Moody and Immersed chapels
o Run weekly production planning meetings with Campus Ministers
o Delegate production roles to Office of Spiritual Life team members
o Host meetings in Moody to communicate the order of service to all participating
parties

•Training Required
o Chapel attendance and credit system (Compass)
o Computer software training as updates demand
Qualifications
Professional
•A bachelor's degree is required
•Expertise in production technology (ProPresenter, Yamaha C Series Sound Boards, Lights, Staging, etc.)
•Have decision-making, time management and organizational skills •Ability to manage and meet deadlines
Personal
•Be of outstanding Christian character
•Have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional maturity
•Be comfortable supervising graduate and undergraduate employees
Physical Demands
•Able to stand for extended periods of time
•Able to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
•Able to lift objects and equipment up to 30lbs
•Be available to work evenings and/or weekends on occasion in addition to regular office hours
