Performance Contracting Group is currently seeking an experienced Regional Safety Manager for our Midwest operations based in Lake Zurich, Illinois. This position will require working with the Manager, Corporate Safety department, and other Regional Safety Managers to provide leadership and direction on all Safety matters for assigned operations, branches and departments. This includes measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the safety program, recommending and implementing modifications as needed to achieve established safety goals and objectives. This position works closely with appropriate operational departments in order to direct the application and administration of established corporate safety programs throughout the company. Serve as consultant to assigned regions and branches to establish plans to improve overall health and safety of each.
Other responsibilities include:
Salary range: $100,000 - $134,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program
