Traffic Control Flagger must be reliable, safety-oriented and is able to travel to and from job sites as
assigned. Our team is ATSSA Certified to provide our clients with the highest quality of trained
traffic controllers. Traffic Controllers must sign with Local Laborers Union and are responsible for
any sign on fees and dues.
Description :
Traffic Control Flaggers work with construction personnel to provide safety to traffic and
pedestrians seeking passage through a work zone.
Traffic Control Flaggers set up cones, signs, and safety barriers to indicate where traffic
Traffic Control Flaggers utilizes Guardian Smart Flaggers and / or hand-held signs to stop / slow
the flow of traffic through the work zone.
Daily duties include but are not limited to :
Setting up temporary work zones including advanced warning signs and traffic cones to
maintain during an active job site and then removed according to ATSSA and DOT
regulations.
Requirements :
assignments
equipment from work vehicles and / or jobsites in order to perform all duties as assigned.
