Lopez Property Maintenance is a provider of lawn care and landscaping services in the Zephyrhills and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Lawn Maintenance Worker to join our team.Minimum of 1 year of experience in lawn maintenance.
- Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, planting, and mulching.
- Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
