Job SummaryWe are seeking candidates with prior product and software development leadership experience to:
- Lead multiple complex projects
- Participate in software and hardware technical reviews
- Develop and manage the completion of customer documentation for software deliverables
- Have prior experience in complex engineering product and electrical, mechanical, and software development
- Ensure customer and internal project requirements are documented, planned, implemented, and tested
- Responsible for communication and escalation of key issues affecting: cost, quality, timing, resources, risk, technical trade-offs, etc. to management
- Meet key internal and customer milestone dates
- Have a high level of organization skills and attention to detail
- Skills in communication, project scheduling, and management of software
- Experience with mature product/ software development processes
- Lead software project team meetings (Scrums and Release Planning)
- Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management
- 5 years experience in a embedded engineering environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects
- Skills in communication, project scheduling, and management of software and complex products
- Automotive Industry experience
- PMP and/or Scrum Certification
- Experienced with blending Agile and Waterfall Program Management
