Job Summary:
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming and efficient environment while delivering prompt and accurate food and beverage service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the system accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during the meal, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional service
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
- Ability to work well within a team and provide exceptional customer service
Please note, the hourly does not include your tips that you take home daily. Working evenings and weekends gives you a good opportunity for buisness.
