Lingo Staffing is Hiring a Quality Technician 1 Near Yukon, OK

Lingo Staffing is hiring for a Quality Control Specialist in the Yukon, OK area!
Hours: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Summary:
As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include conducting product measurements, process control audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Duties:
  • Inspect and verify raw materials and packaging for production orders
  • Initiate containment actions for non-conforming materials and finished goods
  • Conduct in-line process checks and audits for ISO 9001:2015 compliance
  • Understand and enforce finished goods quality requirements
  • Prepare cut specimens for lab testing and investigate quality defects
  • Develop operator visual aids and troubleshooting guides
  • Collect data for Statistical Process Control (SPC) studies and lead customer complaint investigations
  • Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and perform additional assigned tasks as directed
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to safety guidelines
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience as a quality technician
  • Basic to medium Excel skills for statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and ability to understand product SOPs
