Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and create data-driven reports.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Provide Crisis Management and Classroom support as necessary
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certified.
- NYS Behavioral Analyst Certified
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or similar field
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
- Experience working with middle and high school aged student with autism
