Principal Objective

Responsible for managing a broad array of cash management sales, implementation, technical support, customer service and business support functions in conjunction with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking and Operations departments.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cash management domestic and international products, services and industry trends. Assist management in the development of new products and services, modification of existing services, sales objectives and marketing strategies.
• Manage internal business relationships as needed to meet revenue growth targets and ensure seamless sales and delivery of CM products and services.
• Perform and oversee Cash Management consultative sales functions in conjunction with Lenders, BBOs and Branch personnel and assist in ongoing relationship management activities.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of business expansion opportunities in conjunction with Lenders, BBOs and Branches, including acquisition of new customers and cross-sell opportunities to existing clients.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of proposals and presentation materials.
• Manage/coach CM Specialists engaged in implementation and maintenance of cash management services in conjunction with business partners.
• Manage/coach CM Specialists engaged in on-site and phone-based product installation and customer training.
• Manage/Coach CM Specialists engaged in resolution of level 2 technical issues in conjunction with business partners and senior management. .
• Provide and oversee Cash Management product demonstrations and training.
• Coordinate and support projects related to sales development, product development, Bank integrations and conversions.

Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum of 8-10 years sales experience.
• 3-5 years of sales management experience within Commercial Banking.
• Proven aggressive, proactive, competitive sales orientation.
• Proven outstanding relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
