Endurance IT Services is Hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist Near Yorktown, VA
Responsible for providing technologyassistance to users in the event of operational problems or questions relatingto the use of desktop systems, software applications/packages, and all relatedIT services. Duties will include problem-solving, and maintaining desktop/laptopsystems. Will serve as the primary contact for all IT requests andrelated help desk services. Provide remote support to offsite andmobile users.
Knowledge of:
Microsoft products and services
Desktop and endpoint technologies Wireless end point configuration and troubleshooting on Workstations |

Requirements
Provide support and resolution for end-user requestsin compliance with established SLA’s or other agreements outlined by ITleadership.
Provideresolution, escalate, and follow-up with end-users as necessary
Effectivelycommunicate within IT and leadership to support trends and developing end-userneeds
Providedirect hands-on support as projects and initiatives dictate
Assistnew staff with onboarding activities and equipment setup and configuration
Maintainskillsets and keep pace with changing technologies and best practices
