York General is Hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist Near York, NE
- Great hours: Monday - Friday, 0700-1530, plus call.
- Will be on call 1 day per week, 1 weekend per month, 2 holidays per year. Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital when on call. Surgical tech certification required within 6 months of hire.

- Must have knowledge of instruments and surgical procedures to assist the surgeon by handing instruments and other items in a prescribed manner.
- Maintain aseptic technique.
- Maintain as orderly surgical field and anticipate the needs of the surgeon.
- Take call as needed to provide 24-hour surgery coverage.
- Maintain accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts.

- CPR certification
- Licensed or certified by the state of Nebraska
