Responsibilities:
- PO issuance and oversight
- Procurement documentation oversight (POs, packing slips, invoices, etc.)
- RMA tracking and management
- Vendor Management (terms, pricing negotiations, project accounts, etc.)
- Material oversight (job costing analysis)
- Employee Travel Accounts and Coordination
- D&B Management
- Other related duties as assigned (i.e. contract review and processing)
- Previous experience in procurement require
- Previous experience in the electronic security or construction industry
- Ability to build rapport with vendors
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
