The Operations Manager shall ensure that Hannah’s Haven as a non profit organization operates smoothly. She will work to execute the mission of the organization by providing logistic and administrative support for the Founder/Director. She shall be employed by and accountable to the Founder/Director. The Operations Manager will be a non-voting member of the Board.
The Operations Manager shall be a person of spiritual maturity in full agreement with the mission statement and goals of Hannah’s Haven and Teen Challenge, Inc. They must have effective oral and written communication skills, ability to work with a diverse population of people, possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi task, be proactive and flexible. They must work well independently as well as lead group efforts and activities that will enhance the ministry.
