Job Details:
- You will be responsible to follow all standardized referral policies and workflows to prioritize and address referrals in a timely manner.
- Contact insurance companies and provide necessary documentation to assure all prior approval requirements are met, and be the point of contact for patients and specialists for questions or rising concerns.
- Qualified applicants will have HS Diploma/GED and 2 years of related experience and current driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
- Pre-employment drug screen required.
