We are seeking an Engineering Assistant to join our team. As an Engineering Assistant, you will provide support to our engineering department and assist with various tasks related to design, analysis, and project coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about engineering and wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Duties
- Assist with the design and development of engineering projects
- Collaborate with engineers to create technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct research and gather data for analysis
- Perform calculations and simulations using software tools such as MATLAB
- Assist with the fabrication and testing of prototypes
- Support root cause analysis efforts to identify and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of engineering activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of root cause analysis techniques
- Familiarity with drafting software such as Creo
- Understanding of quantum engineering principles is a plus
- Experience working with logic controllers is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
