General Responsibility

The Plastic Composite team is the group that are physically molding parts. This consists of using a chop gun and other tools such as rollers to evenly distribute the material to create the parts. Pending the customers’ needs, many parts will require additional reinforcements to be added during this process. This department is a fast-paced, team-oriented group. People who do well in this department are those who can work well in a team, pay attention to detail, and multitask. Willing to train the right candidate.

• To implement and adhere to all written policies and philosophies of National Composites, LLC
• Attend meetings as requested
• Must be able to repetitively stoop, crouch, reach, stand and balance throughout the day as needed to maintain assembly operations
• Must be able to repetitively push, pull and/or lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day as needed to maintain assembly operations
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time up to 8 hours
• Must be able to perform in a hot or humid climate
