SURESTAFF is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Wylie, TX

Available shifts include-Monday-Friday. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform needed maintenance on equipment and direct support of production operating needs. Evaluate equipment operation and suggest necessary action when malfunctions occur, or improvements are needed.
- Support a high performing responsive team by exhibiting ownership, accountability, and a passion for work and effective interpersonal relations.
- Support A3 problem solving by participating in team problem solving analysis and resolutions. Also identify opportunities for improvement (problem areas) and participate in their resolution.
- Support CMMS through work order documentation, spare parts and inventory system support and utilization.
- Lead, direct and train other plant mechanics where appropriate and/or assigned.
- Manage various plant utilities including chiller, air compressor, cooling tower, security system & fire protection system.
- Complete daily process work orders and data entry to CMMS, initiate purchase requisitions and create and utilize equipment and process documentation.
