What You Will Do:

• Leadership Legend: Inspire and lead a team of dedicated staff, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hospitality
• Operations Overlord: Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance
• Service Superstar: Maintain impeccable service standards, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a desire to return
• Training Titan: Develop and implement training programs to continuously improve staff performance and guest satisfaction
• Problem-Solving Pro: Address any issues that arise, whether it’s a customer complaint or staff issue, with grace and efficiency
• Brand Ambassador: Uphold and promote the GHG brand, values, and mission in every aspect of the restaurant
• Financial Focus: Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reports to ensure the restaurant’s profitability and growth
• Clean & Safe: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety protocols
• Community Connector: Build strong relationships with guests, staff, and the local community to enhance the restaurant’s reputation

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in an upscale or fine dining setting
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Passion: A genuine passion for hospitality, great food, and creating memorable dining experiences
• Flexibility: Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed to keep your restaurant operating at peak efficiency
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
