Position at JBS USA 1ST SHIFT KILL GENERAL FOREMAN HOURS :
Shift - flexible as needed or required
DUTIES :
- Supervise, evaluate and direct production employees on shift in performing operations according to policies and procedures
- Regular contact with USDA
- Stimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of production employees
- Ensure proper training of employees
- Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production
- Work closely with other production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department
- Attend meetings as scheduled and called
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must have overall knowledge of the Harvest Floor Operation and the industry
- Supervise, evaluate, and direct personnel on shift in performing operations according to sound operating principles an company policies and procedures
- Stimulate maximum safety, efficiency, and productivity of production workers; ensure proper training of employees
- Good work history and attendance
- Team Player with leadership skills and great communication skills
- Attend meetings as scheduled or called.
