This position can be remote or hybrid-based near one of our offices and is based around East Coast working hours. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Product Manager to spearhead the development and launch of our new industry analytics product. This role offers an incredible opportunity to shape a groundbreaking solution from the ground up and make a significant impact in the foodservice industry.

Your impact:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap independently, leveraging market research and insights.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute proof of concept initiatives to validate product ideas and market fit.
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Define clear product requirements and user stories, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, user feedback, and iteration cycles.
• Serve as the primary product evangelist, internally and externally, by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of the product.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, preferably in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in market validation, proof of concept, and building products from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Knowledge of the foodservice industry and familiarity with industry analytics solutions is a plus.
