SUMMARY:

Initiate and process all direct mail initiatives, including the preparation of offer text, proofing and the distribution of offer information to staff. Maintain customer address data within the IGT Advantage system. Setup/issue both segmented and general promotional efforts within the IGT Advantage System

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare all segmented direct mail marketing activities for the Coeur Rewards Club
• Prepare data matrix for monthly segmented offers. Initiate and process monthly loyalty offers, inactive offers, reactivation offers, out of market offers and other similar mail offers requested by management. Distribute calendar and offer information to appropriate staff.
• Maintain customer data files within the IGT Advantage system. Setup groups, promotions, coupons, and issue Extra Play Cash to customer accounts for both direct marketing initiatives and general promotions.
• Understand address standardizations.
• Prepare kiosk promotions, coupon distribution and drawings using the Trilogy online software.
• Adapt to software updates, upgrades or changes requested by management.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with customer data.
• Availability in flexible work hours to meet deadlines, promotional timeframes and events as requested by management.
• Work directly with customers via email, phone or in person to discuss or explain mailing or offers concerns.
• Control personal responses to emotionally charged customers. Maintain a professional demeanor as a representative of the Coeur d’Alene Casino for customers internal or external and outside vendors.
• Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
• Attend all department and team meetings, workshops and training sessions as directed by management.
• Always ensure the highest level of customer service to all customers (internal and external).

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

• Must be able to obtain a Coeur d’Alene tribal gaming license.
• Associate degree in business and/or marketing or equivalent preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years casino marketing or similar CRM marketing experience; working knowledge of variable print processes.
• Prior history of excellent customer service experience required.
• Multiple years of demonstrative experience of database software. i.e. IGT Patron Management, SWS purchasing or any database type software.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of IGT Advantage or similar loyalty program.
• Knowledge of print production and/or variable data printing and press operations.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Accurately type 40 words or more per minute.
• Must be able to obtain a Coeur d’Alene Tribal gaming license.
