Gray’s Anatomy Academy is Hiring an Executive Assistant/Project Manager Near Worcester, MA
Overview:
We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a highly organized enthusiastic high energy and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance, meet contractors on site, sign off on completed renovation projects, document receipts, handle tenant communication, and ensure the smooth operation of the team.
We aspire for a strong work ethic individual with the desire to learn, and grow with the company. Critical thinking and problem solving skills desired. Willing to pay for this person to obtain their real estate license.
There is opportunity for commission based pay in addition to the hourly pay in the event that 80% of requests received by tenants are completed in a 10 day timeline.
There is long term potential to receive percentage ownership stake in real estate without providing any capital contributions.
We are looking to hire immediately please provide available interview times. No experience needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
