Key Responsibilities
- Promote safety and safety awareness by adhering to procedures and protocols.
- Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on various plant systems and mechanical equipment.
- Perform minor electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical problems; ability to troubleshoot PLC's is a must.
- Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts.
- Utilize metalworking tools to maintain or repair parts and tools.
- Monitor mechanical devices and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Operate and maintain Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) functions.
- Utilize software programs to diagnose and troubleshoot common problems with PLCs.
- Safety-conscious individual who observes safety procedures at all times.
- Dependable team player with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Quality-focused professional with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with strong technical skills.
- Proactive problem-solver who adapts to changes in the work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years minimum in a multi-craft (mechanical and electrical) industrial maintenance role.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and perform mathematical calculations.
- Proficiency in using Word software and Manufacturing software.
- Crane Certification, Forklift/Hand Truck Certification, and Lean Sigma Training preferred.
