We are currently looking for a Make Ready Tech for a local camper/RV sales and service company that is growing very quickly. This RV Make Ready Tech needs to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Pay will scale on experience. This job is a full time position with plenty of opportunity for over time and growth into the position.

The Make Ready Tech is responsible for:

• System checks on 5TH Wheels and travel trailers for purchase - system check and storage prep: draining all tanks, flushing waste tank, filling LP -
• Minor RV repair including replacing batteries, tires, water pumps, Awnings, Air conditions, basic wood and panel work, roof reseals, etc.
• Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and policies of the Service Department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualified candidate will have the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational/sequencing skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
