The Business Systems Analyst at WHOI will play a pivotal role in the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the institution's Workday technology ecosystem, encompassing Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and Finance modules. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Systems, the ideal candidate will possess prior experience working with Workday technology, specifically within the non-profit research sector. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and maintain solutions that streamline and enhance WHOI's Workday processes, including active involvement in the implementation of Workday and collaboration with stakeholders from People Operations and Finance. Preferred qualifications include expertise in system enhancement and optimization, configuration and customization, implementation and project management, integration and data management, user support and training, system upgrades and maintenance, reporting and analytics, documentation and compliance, as well as cross-functional collaboration.
