Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7:00pm
DESCRIPTION
Loking for a person to clean office areas, vacuum, restrooms, mop small floors and pick up trash. The job takes 3hrs per day from 7:00am untill 10:00am. Total hours: 9hrs a week. Days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Pay per hour $20.46 Plus$4.60 W&H. Total: $25.06 per hour.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be USA Citizen
- Must filled out job application with all the legal forms including W-4
• Successful completion of Social Security Verification and Background Check
• Must have own transportation
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Punctual, dependable and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to manage your time efficiently
• Work well when supervisors are not present
• Ability to lift at least 25lb
• Handle basic maintenance, cleaning and other janitorial work
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
• Able to use basic cleaning equipment
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in a perfect condition
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floor
• Kitchen and restroom cleaning
• Ensure doors are locked after hours
• Notify supervisor or managers of major repairs
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock and organized
