Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other laws pertaining to the real estate industry
● Professionally communicate with clients via email and phone conversations
● Ability to work through challenging conflicts and situations
● Coordinate and execute move-in and move-out walkthroughs
● Oversee the collection of monthly rent payments
● Oversight of portfolio’s financials including bookkeeping functions, budgets, budget tracking and expenses
● Being extremely responsive and attentive
● Successfully multi-tasking throughout the day, wearing multiple hats
● Enjoy working in a fast paced, quick thinking environment
● Ensure lease files are complete and properly executed
● Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure timely turnover of apartments after previous tenants move-out
● Provide expert insight and guidance to clients through leveraging our team’s experience and wisdom
● Conduct market analysis and provide information regarding market trends
● Go over and above to delight both tenants and owners every day
Position Qualifications/Requirements
● Highly motivated, energetic individual that works with a positive attitude
● Experience or prior knowledge in construction/trades to assist with unit turns and property maintenance
● Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills
● Must be able to work independently and perform duties utilizing excellent time management
● Must be able to effectively manage your calendar to maximize the day’s to-dos
● Must possess excellent computer skills
● Must be able to work effectively on a mobile device
Education/Training/Experience
● College graduate
● Sports background a HUGE plus
● Service industry background (server, bartender, retail, etc) a HUGE plus
