Position Summary:

Are you a leasing dynamo with a flair for introducing residents to brand-new properties? Join our fast-growing team and be the face of our newest apartment communities. As our Leasing Agent specializing in new properties, you'll be an integral part of our initial branding and occupancy endeavors, ensuring that residents are welcomed into our communities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Essential Functions:

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

- New Property Introduction: Lead the leasing initiatives for brand-new properties, making them appealing and welcoming to potential residents.

- Client Tours: Conduct dynamic and engaging tours of the property, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to the needs and wants of each prospective resident.

- Application Management: Oversee the entire leasing application and approval process, ensuring it's seamless and user-friendly.

- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies targeting new residents. This includes digital campaigns, open houses, and community events.

- Leasing Documentation: Prepare and explain leasing agreements, ensuring all documents are in compliance with local laws and company policies.

- Market Research: Conduct regular research on market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional tactics to ensure our new properties remain appealing and competitive.

- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.

- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective residents to continually refine and improve the leasing experience.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Manager and other team members to ensure occupancy goals are met and the community's reputation is upheld.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leasing role, with a preference for those familiar with new property lease-ups.

- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in property management software, and ability to learn quickly about property features and benefits.

- Character: Self-driven, excellent communicator, with a passion for sales and customer service.

- Requirements: Reliable transportation, as travel between properties may be required.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to navigate properties, conduct tours, and engage in prolonged conversations with prospective residents.

- Comfortable in diverse weather conditions during property tours.
