Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Mover/Packer. As a Mover, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving furniture, boxes, and other items for residential and commercial clients. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent customer service skills. As jobs are completed daily, tips from customers are usual. Office is bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

Duties:
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto and off of trucks
- Safely pack and secure items to prevent damage during transportation
- Drive box trucks or vans to transport items to their destination
- Use pallet jacks and other equipment to move heavy items
- Follow designated routes for efficient delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for driving positions)
- Experience driving box trucks or vans preferred (for driving positions)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
- Previous experience in a warehouse or moving environment is a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
