Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Technician at Ellis Fire Suppression in Woburn, MA. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining fire alarm systems, conducting routine inspections, testing systems for proper functionality, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in low voltage engineering and working with fire alarm systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of life safety codes and regulations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., NICET certification) are a plus
  • Experience in the fire protection or related industry is beneficial
