Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked - Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines - Operate POS system to process payments accurately - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with catering and banquet events as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and garnishments - Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling - Proficient in using POS systems - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests - Experience in catering or banquet events is a plus - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.
