This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Foreman. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and being a part of day-to-day tasks. This includes coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality control, operating heavy equipment, and communicating with teream members.
Carpentry skills
Experience in quality control and heavy equipment operation
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
Experience in the residential construction industry is a plus
Reliability to show up to work everyday on time and ready to work
